Brian HitzBrian Hitz is Vice President of Engineering at Laminated Wood Systems. Brian graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and Civil Engineering. He previously worked for 4 years as a civil engineer at Burns & McDonnell and has been with Laminated Wood Systems since 2008. He has been a licensed Professional Civil Engineer since 2013.

Keal Messersmith

Keal Messersmith is the Engineering Manager at Laminated Wood Systems. Keal graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He previously worked as a production/robotics automation engineer at Kawasaki and has been with Laminated Wood Systems since 2018.

Trevor ThomsenTrevor Thomsen is a Design Engineer at LWS. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He worked as an intern for one year at Lincoln Electric System on the Transmission & Distribution Design team. After graduation, Trevor joined Laminated Wood Systems in 2021.
